Prices and Room-rates for holiday apartments in Brisbane
Bookings
- Reservations/ bookings may be made over the phone
- Alternatively you may submit a booking enquiry via our booking enquiry form
- To secure a reservation a $100 deposit is required
- Deposit may be paid by cash or EFTPOS on site or by MasterCard, Visa Card, or American Express over the phone or by fax
- An administration fee will be charged on cancellation of a booking
- For booking cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled stay no refund is applicable
- If notice is given prior at least two weeks prior to scheduled check-in a $50.00 administration fee will be charged with $50 deposit refunded
Rent payment
- Rent is payable in advance at all times
- Rent may be paid by cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express
- Corporate and government bookings will only be accepted with payment upfront or upon check-in, post-paid account will not be accepted
- For bookings of less than two weeks settlement of payment is required on check-in
- For bookings in excess of two weeks, rent must always be paid one week in advance

Weekly tenancies
- Week to week tenancies available
- Upon check-in, the first week's rent plus one week rent in advance is due with rent then paid weekly from the end of the first week (always at least one week in advance)
Studio room rates
- The studio room rate is for a maximum of 2 people
- Standard Studio rate is $525.00 per week (not illustrated)
- Superior Studio rate is $595.00 per week (Studio illustrated in photograph)
Two-bedroom apartments rates
- The two-bedroom apartments rates are for either 3 singles(max), 2 couples(max) or a family of 4 with a surcharge of $15.00/ night for an extra child
- Standard two-bedroom apartment rate is from $791.00 per week (longer stay and corporate rates are available)
- Rooftop two-bedroom apartment (with large balcony overlooking the City to the mountains) rate is from $861.00 per week
Additional nights (for bookings longer than a week)
- Extra night in standard studio $75.00
- Extra night in superior studio $85.00
- Extra night in two-bedroom $113.00
- Extra night in rooftop two-bedroom apartment $135.00
Medium-term, Month-to-month and Corporate Bookings
- Subject to availability we may offer medium-term, month-to-month or corporate discounts
- Two-bedroom apartments from $700.00* per week for 1 person (rate includes weekly service, gas and electricity)
- *Rent is payable monthly in advance
- Please enquire for current medium-term, month-to-month and corporate offers
Short Stays (stand-by only)
- Our standard bookings are for a minimum of three nights
- If stand-by rooms are available we may accept bookings for two nights
